PRICING FOR STEPHITA WEDDING INVITATIONS
Most of our clients have found that our prices are extremely reasonable given the level of quality and customization that we provide with the invitations. We are NOT a reseller of invitations, but the actual designer/manufacturer invitations as we create our own product from start to finish in our own warehouse! If you are unable to see the pricing for the invitation, please fill out the quote request form so that we can provide it to you.
PRICING QUOTES FOR STEPHITA INVITATIONS
The prices quoted on this website are for the ‘complete’ standard package – which means you will get all of the following pieces included in the price: invitation, RSVP card, invitation envelope, RSVP envelope, return addresses printed on the back flap of the invitation envelope, return address printed on the front of the RSVP envelope, and lastly, the invitation comes fully assembled.
PRICE QUOTES FROM OTHER COMPANIES
Other companies may post a cheaper price per invitation, but they may charge separately for each invitation item (reply card, envelopes, etc) that you need or they may not come fully assembled. The end price may be more expensive than our price. Here’s an example:

There are also usually fees for preparing proofs and for each proof change. Stephita DOES NOT charge any design consultation fees and any advice or guidance that we provide is free of charge. TAXES
Our company is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. So if you live in Ontario, Canada, you will need to add GST & PST on top of the total.
If you live in Canada, but in another province, you will only be charged the GST.
If you do not live in Canada, (i.e. USA), you will simply pay the price that is posted on our website (no taxes)!
We currently have 2 studios operating in San Diego and Los Angeles - so we will have to charge the local state taxes in those cities for those clients who are ordering through our sales consultants.
CUSTOMIZATION
We don’t charge for many of the customization elements that are possible, such as changing the paper and ribbon colors, using different motifs, using custom wording, or printing in multi color text.
INVITATION UPGRADES
Thermograph (raised) printing: $100 flat fee (one colour only, colours available: gold, silver, black, brown, navy and burgundy)
Envelope Liners: $0.70 each
Double Envelopes: 0.60 each
Guest Address Printing: $0.70 each
Cream Envelopes: $40 flat fee
Additional Inserts (some of our styles shown on the website will show a ‘directions’ card in the picture, if so, that insert is included in the price) $0.40 each
Maps $65 flat fee for black ink, $75 flat fee for colour ink, $100 for two maps
SHIPPING & HANDLING
If you are unable to pick up the invitations upon completion there will be a $40 shipping charge applied to your order if you are located in North America. For shipping charges outside of North America, please contact us for a quote.
