Congratulations on your engagement, and thank you for your interest in our wedding invitations!

Ordering with Stephita Wedding Invitations is a smooth and hassle free process. We will attend to your needs to get your custom order completed perfectly and on time when you order online or place your order in person.

Since all of our work is handmade, the typical turnaround time is 4-6 weeks from the time you approve the wording. If your wedding date is fast approaching and you require a “rush” service, we can try to accommodate your schedule.

Once you place your order, the process is as follows:

1. We will provide you with wording templates that you can use to help you with your wording. You are not restricted to using these templates, if you have your own custom wording please send it to us over email.
2. Once we receive your wording, we will create an electronic proof of your invitations in your desired font and style in a PDF format so that you can take a look at what will be printed and make an necessary corrections before we send the order to print. We will include all details regarding your order (ie, paper colour, quantity, etc.) within the PDF as well.
3. Review the PDF proof you receive carefully. Make sure all items in wording such as names, addresses, times and places are spelled correctly. Review the invitation details that describe your order.
4. Send us back as many changes as you require to make your invitation perfect and we will send back the corrected proof for review! (Quantities of the invitations can be changed up until the time you are ready to send to print).
5. Once you are satisfied with the wording and details, send us a formal ‘Approval to Print’ instruction via email. If you need to change the quantity, you will need to notify us at this time.
6. At this point, your invitations will be sent off to print – no further changes will be allowed.
7. From this point, your invitations will be ready in 4 weeks or earlier if it is possible. Please contact us to setup a pickup date and time! If you require delivery of your invitations, please allow up to 5 business days for shipping.

TURNAROUND TIME

Our invitations take 4-6 weeks to complete and we would recommend sending out the invitations about 8 weeks before the wedding.

REORDER TURNAROUND TIME

For invitation reorders, it takes about two and half weeks.

QUANTITIES

We accept orders in increments of 5 with a minimum order of 30 invitations. For reorders, there is a minimum order quantity of 25 invitations

For menus, there is a minimum order quantity of 25.
