Autumn is beautiful season, and many brides take advantage of the changing foliage and crisp weather for their wedding. Many fall wedding invitations incorporate the colors found in nature, utilizing rich reds, oranges, and browns. For a fall theme wedding consider the colours of the invitations. Burgundy, sherry, brown, bronze, copper, orange, red, sage, and gold can all be use in combination to create beautiful custom wedding invitations. Fall Wedding Menu and Place Cards

There are a number of items that you can have on your menu that signify the changing of the season. Work with your venue and see what they have to offer in terms of a fall themed menu. Some great dishes such as warm butternut squash soup or pumpkin pie can be added to fill your guests with the feeling of the autumn season.

When printing the menus for the tables, create the menus to match the invitations carrying over the motif used on the invitations. Incorporate some wraphia or any other natural materials you may be able to find as well.

A good idea for fall themed place setting cards is to wrap a band printed with each guests name around a pinecone and placing it on each place setting.

Fall Centerpieces

You can really save on budget and still have beautiful centerpieces when working with a fall theme. A hurricane lamp with some pinecones and a candle inside is an elegant but simple look. A lantern surrounded by a few scattered leaves is also an easy to assemble and inexpensive centerpiece idea. A third idea that can be easily put together is to place different types and sizes of pumpkins and fall vegetables and fruits on a tray or in a basket in the middle of each table.

Fall Wedding Favors

There are a number of ready to purchase fall wedding favors that you can find in various places. Candles with leaves or mini lanterns that hold tealights are easy to purchase and require little packaging. If you would like to use chocolates of truffles try using boxes in colours to match your invitations and tied with a ribbon with a favour tag with a pine cone or leaf printed on it. A small silver picture frame with printed insert with matching leaf motif as the invitations is an elegant touch and can double as place cards.
